BIPOC Licensed Mental Health Therapist specializing in Drama Therapy working with populations who are neurodiverse of all ages. I specialize working with trauma. I have a experience working with evidenced based practices such as CBT, DBT and IFS. I use these approaches in conjunction with creative art therapy modalities, Drama Therapy, psychodramatic informed interventions and Art Therapy. I am trained in a wide variety approaches so I provide clients with the modes of therapy which work for them.
I work from a culturally-informed model and incorporate all aspects of an individual's identity and experiences into treatment. I bring a commitment to social justice and anti-oppression. I am bi-cultural and understand folx from multiple worlds. LGBTQ affirming.
